Sandy Maxwell  |  Managing Director
Sandy Maxwell has spent her career in human resources, focusing the past 25 years in selection and development consulting. She currently serves on the Talent Plus board of directors.

Maxwell’s role within Talent Plus is a multifaceted one. She works closely with clients, determining their needs and designing programs to fulfill those needs. She is also actively involved in the delivery of client service through interviewing and providing support to the resident analysts within client organizations. Most importantly, she focuses on identifying and selecting the right people for the Talent Plus team to ensure clients receive premier care and service. As one of the founders of Talent Plus, Maxwell has seen the organization grow from three individuals to more than 135 associates today.

A native Nebraskan, Maxwell has volunteered her time in the Lincoln community, offering her leadership to her church council, among other organizations. Her career spent studying people has been especially beneficial in her capacity as a volunteer, as Maxwell possesses unique insights into how to help others achieve more by tapping in to their natural potential.

Maxwell's family is also very important to her – her husband, sons and granddaughters. She enjoys gardening, walking, reading and spending time with her extended family.
