Welcome to a conversation – one that I hope will be ongoing. It’s a dialogue that we hope you’ll participate in – whether we talk about talent, engagement, culture, leadership, succession planning, potential, aptitude, assessments, testing or positivity. And, if there are other topics you are interested in talking about – we are ready to listen and engage with you. We hope to start conversations and add to ones that have already begun.
At Talent Plus, we believe everyone has talent – it’s the basis of where we start – one person at a time – interview by interview and online assessment by online assessment. Why? Because that’s where everyone who manages people is at today. At this very minute – someone is thinking about a candidate for a job – does that person have the talent to do this particular job with excellence? Do they have potential that can be developed or enhanced in this role? Can they be part of our organization’s future state? Can they engage our customers and/or their team? And, do I as a senior leader have a manager who can help them unleash that talent by investing in them?
Isn’t that what keeps us up at night? At the end of the day all of the business questions that keep leaders walking the halls simply come down to people.
