Upcoming Webinar: "On the Ground in Haiti"

In the spirit of International Friendship Month, we have invited Suzanne Bermann, field coordinator for CARE, and Rick Perera Jr., CARE's Haiti communications coordinator and USA's emergency media officer, to provide Talent Plus' webinar audience with an update more than a month out from the earthquake disaster. On January 14, 2010, less than 48 hours after the earthquake that shattered Port-au-Prince, Perera was on the ground, capturing stories of crisis and resilience as the people of Haiti recover and begin to rebuild.

Previously, Rick was the European correspondent for IDG News Service and a writer and producer for CNN's Headline News, World Report and Special Reports. He holds degrees from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and Brown University.
