The construction of a Talent Plus interview begins with focus group sessions with subject matter experts. Our research methodology and statistics are rigorous and meet the guidelines set forth by the American Psychological Association (APA), British Psychological Association (BPS), Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and Employment Opportunity Commission's (EEOC) Uniform Guidelines on Equal Employee Selection Procedures.
Themes
Each interview developed by Talent Plus is built around a set of themes that allow us to predict the success of a candidate. A theme is a recurring pattern of thoughts, feelings and behaviors that are consistent over time and is essential to us better understanding a person's talent, aptitude and potential. These themes provide a basis of predictive behavior.
Theme analysis is essential in helping an employer determine if a candidate has the talent and fit for a company. Collected data also provides management with tools for developmental strategies.
