Advanced Analysis will help you acquire a more connected approach to understanding Talent Plus interviews and the outcomes of those interviews. Your journey will begin with the very core of those interviews — their scientific validity. From there you will be coached on ways to delve deeper into the five levels of analyses to best capture, leverage and develop individuals’ talents.
Coaching for Improved Performance is an energetic, hands-on seminar designed to help you navigate the demanding responsibilities as a leader in your organization. You will be introduced to the Coaching Investment Guide and Talent Management Action Plan (M.A.P.), which will aid you in accurately capturing each employee’s talents and casting them correctly. By setting employees up for success within your organization, you can leverage their impact as individuals and as team members, helping your organization meet its financial and growth goals.
Understanding and bringing out the best in experienced executives without overmanaging or underserving them can sometimes feel like a difficult balancing act. In the Coaching With the Executive Interview course, you will gain greater insight into each of the themes that drive successful executives. Additionally, your Talent Plus adviser will help you create strategies to ensure executives’ talents and potential are being maximized while establishing a platform for their growth.
Interview Feedback and Fit Analysis teaches analysts how to provide effective feedback in making selection, development and fit decisions as well as providing verbal or written feedback directly to individuals. Participants will learn to apply the many aspects of fit to enhance the selection process.
Whether you are at the beginning of your journey in building a Talent-Based Organization® or trying to determine the next steps to take along your path, the Introduction to Talent-Based Organizations® course provides you with a broad overview of the key concepts, tools and processes proven successful in hiring, retaining and growing talented people.
Recruiting top performers can be just as challenging as determining whom to select. In the Quality Recruitment Process® seminar, you will learn how to implement innovative recruitment strategies and attract the best and brightest to apply with your organization.
Have you ever coached one of your team members on the same issue again and again, only to find performance problems keep arising? For many managers, this frustration can be alleviated by shifting the management focus to leveraging individual strengths, rather than working to change weaknesses. The Strength Development course identifies the key tenets of strength development theory and helps you apply these principles to effectively coach your team members.
Succession and Progression Planning will teach you how to evaluate your organization’s future needs and strategize the readiness and aptitude of current employees. From there, your Talent Plus adviser will walk you through the development of a plan that can make an instrumental impact on the future success of your organization by realizing the true investment potential of current employees.
TalentFit® for Managers will introduce the TalentFit Interview and coach you toward a value-added impact in your organization by determining whether a person’s talents make them a fit for a position. Through gaining a better insight of this key concept, you will have an enhanced understanding of the Talent Intensity Index® and its potential, allowing you to take selection and fit decisions to the next level while increasing your knowledge and confidence.

The basic fundamentals of The Science of Talent will be explained in a foundational, inspirational format with an understanding of how to best apply our instruments to help your organization reach its potential.
