Kimberly Rath has over 25 years of experience in the human resources field and is a recognized leader in the field of executive development and human resources in the United States and Asia. Demonstrating a strong commitment to others, Rath helps clients reach their highest growth potential through talent-based strategies. As Talent Plus' managing director and president, she has driven the company's growth that now includes offices not only in Lincoln, Nebraska, but in Singapore and Bogota, Colombia. Under her leadership, Talent Plus was named one of the 2011 50 Most Engaged Workplaces℠ and one of the 50 Best Places to Work in the United States.

Rath has provided executive management consulting and training to organizations globally, including The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company (the only hospitality company to have twice won the U.S. Department of Commerce Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award), the Estée Lauder Companies, Mercedes-Benz USA, DFS, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, UCLA Health System, Microsoft, Henry Ford West Bloomfield and Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. She has spoken to leadership groups around the world on talent selection and development. Rath currently serves on Nelnet, Inc.'s Board of Directors and has been the Education Chair for Young Presidents' Organization (YPO). She is a passionate advocate for CARE and is a member of Cather Circle (Nebraska Alumni Association's mentoring/networking organization). She has been a member of the Lincoln City/County Child Care Advisory Board and provided leadership to the Executive Advisory Board for the Nebraska Center for Entrepreneurship (helping it gain recognition as the No. 1 Undergraduate Entrepreneurship Education Program). Rath was highlighted in the 2009 book, "What Happy Working Mothers Know."
