PERSONAL GROWTH PLAN (PGP)
Leadership is a very personal and unique journey. Our solutions meet your leaders’ unique needs by creating a broad array of topics and learning opportunities to create a PGP, focused on two targeted learning topics and two milestones.
This year-long, dynamic cohort-based leadership development experience equips and stretches leaders toward their true potential. Participants come together four times throughout the year for intensive learning sessions. This program accelerates growth through focusing on their personal leadership brand, team dynamics, the organization and legacy.
Talent Plus has a unique approach to meet this need. We offer a strengths-based executive coaching program that leverages a leader’s natural talents. With a profound understanding of an executive’s strengths, we can help meet their needs through customization and incorporation of several developmental modules.
STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS (SDS)
Talent Plus offers employees the opportunity to gain immediate, live feedback following their person-to-person interview. The SDS is intended to put development in the hands of employees.
